Steven J. Cooke, MChE, CQE, CQA, FAIC, is an experienced Asset Risk Management and Quality Systems professional with an extensive background in Integrated Regulatory Systems. Trained in analytical chemistry and chemical engineering, Mr. Cooke applied his unique technical and business experience to quality improvement through multiple Certifications from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemists, and past Chair of the Division of Small Chemical Businesses in the American Chemical Society. As a Certified Quality Engineer, Mr. Cooke has managed the compliance with State, Federal, and International standards for Safety, Quality, and the food and drug regulations for the production of medical components for several large industrial corporations. As a Principal Consultant, he continues to provide guidance and leadership to clients in improving operations, process designs, and regulatory compliance around the world. His breadth of knowledge in the application of chemical principles to manufacturing processes is well respected. He holds a patent for a portable gas analyzer, and is the author of many articles and the Industrial Gases chapter of the 10th , 11th and 12th Editions of Riegel's Handbook of Industrial Chemistry. He is currently engaged as the Senior Quality Management Engineer for ADGAS in Abu Dhabi, the UAE, implementing the Asset Integrity and Reliability Management System.
